This week, we have some big news regarding our Lahore office – we are excited to announce that we have successfully completed the move to a new, larger working space in The Enterprise building, which is located in the centre of the city’s financial hub.
This is an important development for 2iQ. Not only does the new office provide our Lahore analysts with a comfortable environment that should enable them to maximise their potential, but it also has the capacity to enable us to grow our team going forward and continue to hire top talent.

2iQ Research originally launched its Lahore office in March 2017 and since then the company has grown rapidly, adding multiple departments, including an Administration department and a Human Resources (HR) department.
However, there are still a number of vacancies that are currently unfilled and we are on the lookout for top financial analysts and data scientists in order to help us meet the growing demand for insider share transaction coverage.
The new office will play a key role in enabling us to continue growing the 2iQ team.
Upgrading the space
After weeks of planning and preparation, we finally managed to turn the new space into a functional office. Many employees were directly involved in the upgrade process.
One of the advantages of the new office is that it is designed to cater to each team’s requirements. Each department has independence, however, at the same time, departments can easily communicate with each other. Additionally, the size of the office provides the ability to quickly scale up.
Throughout the office, there’s a red and black theme – in line with 2iQ’s branding – which provides a certain ‘wow factor.’ In addition, there are a number of indoor plants, to provide an element of calmness and a more organic working environment.
The office also has a meeting room which is fully equipped with all the presentation tools required for training and development purposes.
Another benefit of the new office is the in-house facilities provided by The Enterprise building. These include a fitness club, sauna, parking, internet, and cafeterias. These facilities will enable 2iQ employees to live a more balanced lifestyle, which should ultimately lead to improved productivity.
Located on the third floor of The Enterprise, the new office also has a great view of the city.
One of the major reasons for the relocation was to help the company reach its full potential and since we have moved to the new office we have already seen an improvement in productivity.
This is due to the fact that the office space has been designed around the working practices of 2iQ employees, which has enabled the company to maximise its capabilities and has pushed everyone to the next level. Thanks to the optimised working environment, communication between teams has also improved greatly.
Of course, we were sad to leave the old office, however, it was time for the company to take the next step. And ever since the move, we have felt that our goal to attract and retain top talent will be served well here. Overall, it’s an exciting time to be part of the 2iQ Lahore team.
